Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
We perform routine surgeries and dentals on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We ask that you drop your pet off between 8:00 and 8:30 am on the day of the surgery, or the afternoon of the day before the surgery.. Dogs being spayed or neutered and cats being spayed or declawed will need to stay one night in the hospital after surgery for monitoring while pets getting routine dental procedures and cat neuters usually can go home the same afternoon.
The day and time of the discharge of your pet from the hospital is dependent on the doctor’s discretion based on several factors including how well your pet did under anesthesia and the type of a surgery performed.
For the safety of all staff, clients and pets in our facility, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Also regarding safety, we ask that during appointments you allow our trained staff to restrain your pet.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.
