Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
We perform routine surgeries and dentals on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We ask that you drop your pet off between 8:15 and 8:30 am on the day of the surgery.. Dogs being spayed or neutered, cats being spayed or neutered, and patients receiving a dental cleaning will go home the afternoon of their surgery. Cats being declawed will need to stay one night in the hospital after surgery for monitoring.
The day and time of the discharge of your pet from the hospital is dependent on the doctor’s discretion based on several factors including how well your pet did under anesthesia and the type of a surgery performed.
For the safety of all staff, clients and pets in our facility, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Also when in the examination room, allow our trained staff to restrain your animal as it is vital to the doctor’s safety, along with the client’s and staff members’ safety.
Please bare with our staff as appointments are often booked out. Your kindness and cooperation is appreciated.
